1. BUSINESS DIRECTOR

  • Understand the company’s vision, mission, purpose and values, and be able to articulate these core values ​​clearly to employees, customers and partners.

  • Plan business strategies in line with the requirements of the Board of Directors, ensure leadership, manage & develop effective sales human resources, train and maintain a strong sales team

  • Maintain and develop effective cooperative relationships with travel agents, tour operators, MICE planners.

  • Maintain and enrich the information file of the network of agents, collaborators (B2B) and direct customers (B2C).

  • Communicate with customers in the most effective ways. Take care of customers with email campaigns, advertising, or direct or indirect sales activities.

  • Establish and maintain an effective inbound, international and international sales and promotion campaign.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably having experience as a Sales Manager in international travel agencies, or tourism-related units

  • Knowledge of leisure tourism and hospitality, and other related tourism industries is required

  • Understanding of market trends & comprehensive knowledge of the tourism industry
