Brand Management Specialist

We are looking for candidates for the position of Brand Management Specialist

  1. Job position duties

       –     The main task:

●     Research/report on the market (including: general market, current customers,  social listening, competitors) to assess the level of brand awareness and brand positioning in the market.

●   Conduct research on prominent MKT trends and campaigns, thereby proposing implementation strategies for the company’s brand.

●   Coordinate with QC department (quality check) to evaluate the effectiveness of POSM implementation at payment acceptance points. Build an effective measurement mechanism.

●   Manage and build a system of standards for brand identity and publications on media channels. 

–     Other tasks:

●     Proposing short-term and long-term brand development strategies.

●     Planning and implementing brand promotion campaigns (OOH, TVC, viral music, social …)

●     Participating in/organizing brand promotion events of organizations, associations and governments.

●     Other tasks as assigned by superiors

●   Research and propose solutions to improve POSM to optimize cost and efficiency of deployment. Producing publications for brand promotion (brochures, salekits, OOH …)

 

2. Requirements of the position

●     Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position or 2 years of experience in the field of Marketing

●     Skilled in making reports (excel, ppt.), research, analysis, data systematization

●     Candidates with working experience for payment solutions / FMCG / Retail / Market research is an advantage

●     Good conversational English

●     Other requirements: Dynamic, enthusiastic, agile, able to withstand high work pressure
